Job Description :
An Inpatient Rehab LPN is needed in Tulsa, OK for a 13 week long contract. There are 12 hour shifts available on days and nights. Short term Rebab facility working with Rehabilitation patients (traditional Rehab, Ortho, Neuro).
Required Qualifications :
- 2 years experience as LPN with 1 year focused in Inpatient Rehab
- OK or Compact LPN license
- BLS (AHA)
- IV Cert preferred
