Your Role as a Recruiter:

Affinity Companies, the parent company of Affinity Resources & IntellaPro, is a Staffing & Workforce Solutions organization based in South Florida. We are aggressively searching for several Recruiters to join its rapidly expanding team of 50 plus. You have an option to work in our Fort Lauderdale or Miami Lakes offices. We have openings in the following specialized divisions, IT, Healthcare, LI, Engineering, Aviation, Accounting & Finance and more.

Your Role as a Recruiter:

The Recruiter is responsible for the identification, qualification, matching, advising, and managing of candidates. The Recruiter builds solid, profitable and professional relationships with candidates through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.

  • Strong background conducting internet research using tools

  • Prior experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System – preferred)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not be limited to: market and Internet research (i.e., job fairs, job boards, ), identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, online social networking, attending seminars and local networking events. Determine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and region.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment.

  • Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary

  • Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and

  • Analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client

  • Package the candidates for presentation to

  • Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate

  • Prep and debrief Provide coaching and advice to candidates throughout the client interview process to include counter offers and job transition.

  • Conduct follow-up activities with candidates to ensure

  • Supervise and manage candidates on assignment; counsel and discipline candidates; be directly involved in termination

  • Engage in candidate quality assurance, candidate retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing, and assignment

  • Hit weekly quota of internal interviews with active and/or passive

  • Attend weekly local networking events and gain community

  • Attend weekly business lunches & dinners with clients and candidates
