Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ER RNs to join our team on a Per Diem basis. This flexible role allows you to pick up shifts that fit your schedule, with a minimum requirement of 4 shifts per month. You have the option to work at one preferred location in Tacoma, Puyallup, Auburn, Olympia, or Covington, or float between these locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency room setting.


• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients presenting with a wide range of conditions.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.


• Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.


• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Washington.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ER setting.


• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
