Intellapro is hiring for a LTC RN in Lakeview, OR
Must have a current OR License
Pre-Service Dementia Care Training for Direct Care Staff-Online prior to contract start date
Current CPR certification.
Long Term Care experience as a RN preferred. Acute Care RN experience helpful.
Must be able to pass the Oregon ORCHARDS background check, and LHD per employment drug screening to place the candidate on the Long Term Care Registry.
13 wk assignment
36 hours per week - Day Shift/variable schedule
