The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for the design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions. The primary system administrator for the LMS including all system updates and upgrades, as well as tools and software integrated with the LMS. Additionally, provides administrative support and accountability for the LMS including daily administration, reporting, employee inquiries/education on the LMS, and consult with internal customers serving as the subject matter expert for the Learning Management System (LMS) and continuing operations of the system to serve the learning needs of the organization.
-Management of the LMS
-Re-Design the UI (User-Interface) using LMS application templates and design adhoc views
-Re-Organize and update the Skillsoft courses to align with company learning initatives
-Update the catalog (courses, quizzes, archiving)
-Familiarity with SumTotal and Litmos LMS
