Director, IT Service Management (ITSM)
Will be responsible for ensuring ITSM support and services delivery meet the business needs and results. Accountable for service delivery in compliance with agreed business requirements, policies and procedures and the ITSM lifecycle. This includes User Account management, IT Service Desk, Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Desktop and VIP Management, SLA’s and Vendor Management Processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Must have experience in an enterprise level environment ideally between 3-5000 end users. Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices. Understanding of COBIT IT Audit Framework, PC and LAN/WAN, Desktop Productivity equipment and mobile technologies. A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
